Day‑to‑day lease – technical support

• Flexibility, direct communication about the event’s technical details;
• Preparation of a simple price quotation in the client’s purchase prices in CZK/EUR, Czech / English;
• On‑site technical support in the hotel as specified by the client;
• International certificate “CertifiedTechnicianSpecialist”;
• Dress code – uniform working clothing and formal dress during work in hotels;
• Foreign language skills (English / German) of all technicians (including native German and English‑speaking technicians).

Project management and professional technical support (for technologically demanding events)

• A single business representative from the INQUIRY to IMPLEMENTATION and BILLING;
• Representation of the client and responsibility for technical communication during technologically demanding meetings;
• Professional and business skills, foreign language skills (English);
• Price quotations for technologically demanding turnkey orders within 12 hours from filing an inquiry;
• On‑site technical support with an international certificate “CertifiedTechnicianSpecialist”;
• Dress code – uniform working clothing and formal dress during work in hotels;
• Foreign language skills (English / German) of all technicians (including native German and English‑speaking technicians);

Partnership and account management

• Recommendation of sales strategies and final AV equipment prices (positioning);
• Joint sales activities aiming at revenue maximisation (promotional seasonal offers, concepts for individual segments);
• Recommendation of development activities in AV services presentation (web, downloadable materials, pricelists, presentations);
• Qualified training on sales strategies and AV equipment operation (for the client’s business and technical staff);
• Recommendation of optimum ways of financing the AV equipment leased;
• Sponsorship benefits for and partnership support of the client’s events that are important from the marketing point of view.
