Remote conferencing

If you need to convey a message to the participants at a congress which you cannot attend in person due to time constraints, there is an option to convey such message using on-line videoconferencing; or an expert based abroad can use the same solution to give a presentation at your event.

In this case, videoconferencing equipment is installed in the conference room and also at the “contributor’s” site and all participants are linked by sound and image. They can communicate and see each other, discuss or even share PowerPoint presentations, images, etc. – simply speaking, they can share any data or applications. Such a solution can for instance be used to stream a surgery intervention captured by cameras installed directly in the operating theatre.
