The Czech finalist, Jaroslav Ucik, who placed second in the 6th year of this competition, also fared well. The international finals took place on October 4th and 5th, 2011 at the Pilsner Urquell brewery in Prague. The announcement that took place in the main hall of the Rudolfinum was entirely secured using our technology. We used video-mapping projection to transform the Ceremony Hall into a presentation platform to introduce the individual finalists. The record on the course of the competition that took place in Pilsen and Prague breweries was projected onto an atypical dividing wall that we had built to replicate the Ceremony hall staircase. Aside from the lighting and acoustics, we also arranged 3 complete sets of musical instruments, fireworks effects, a so-called "string screen" for entry to the stage and live broadcasting of the entire event on the internet.
