Client Party in Bollywood Style

Prague Hotel Hilton organized a spectacular party for their business partners at the end of May, with their main partner AV MEDIA.

Realization: 2013
Category: Events

A Rich Indian-Themed Programme for more than 400 guests

Representatives from the Business Department at the Prague Hilton welcomed the guests in typical Indian costumes. Michael Specking, the General Manager of both Prague Hilton hotels, was introduced to the guest as an Indian ruler after being carried to the stage in a litter.

Part of the program was the presentation of a Bollywood dance presentation by almost forty representatives of the Business Department in traditional Indian costumes. There were also performances by professional dancers, a short film with an Indian theme given by the hotel’s business team and a yoga performance. The guests were also vying for the best costume and they had fun activities in the lobby of the conference centre, where they could be painted in henna or have a picture taken in thematic Indian photo booths. Patrik Hezucký moderated the whole evening.

AV MEDIA presented several interesting technologies, which helped take the guests to the world of Bollywood. Specifically, this was the use of video mapping behind the stage set for the Taj Mahal, which was connected with a high-resolution large screen LED wall.  The Prague premiere at the Prague Hilton also got new projectors with moving pictures. A Robe LED light complimented the atmosphere in the hall and the sound was provided by L-Acoustics.

There was also a tombola for the Tereza Maxová Foundation for children

There was even a charity tombola with valuable prizes including a stay in the Hilton Worldwide hotels. The proceeds from the raffle ticket sales reached almost 51.000 CZK and were generously rounded up to 151.000 CZK. Michael Specking, the General Manager of the Prague Hilton, presented a check for charity to this amount and gave it to the Tereza Maxová Foundation for children, specifically targeted to support the children’s education.
