The usual time for processing a service order is 7-30 days. If the character of the defect and our capacity capabilities allow the approval of your request for accelerated processing, then we will perform the repair by the following day from the time of the accepting the device or we will carry out the service response on site till 18:00 on the following working day.
If the character of the defect and our capacity capabilities allow the approval of your request for accelerated processing, then we will carry out the repair at the repair shop within 6 working hours from the reception register or we will begin service on site within 6 hours, provided that the registration was carried out by 12:00.
