This time on the topic of virtual tours of exhibitions and digitization

The conference started at 2pm. The first guest in the studio was Honza Buriánek, who invited other guests to the studio during his presentation on the topic of virtual tours of the exhibits. The first guest was the audiovisual artist and sculptor Daniel Pešta, who is the author of the DeTermination exhibition at DOX. Another guest was the 3D specialist Tomáš Svoboda, who collaborated on the exhibition at DOX and scanned the Dačický House in Kutná Hora. Ms. Eva Novotná, from the Dačický House, commented on this: ’I was really pleasantly surprised by the result, I did not expect it.’
In the next part of the meeting, we followed up on a string of museum exhibitions and schools. This time we invited Marek Larisch to the studio, who presented Class VR. Thanks to the coronavirus and the empty Prague, it was possible to scan the Charles Bridge. Mr. Forejt presented not only this project, but also other possibilities for scanning monuments. The last post dealt with haptic 3D exhibits in museums. Mikoláš Zuza brought very successful models from 3D printing for demonstration.
