AV MEDIA EVENTS Delivered Video Production at Colours of Ostrava Festival
The Colours of Ostrava festival once again featured high-level audiovisual production, delivered by AV MEDIA EVENTS as the event's main video partner. The technical solution covered the main entrance area, key festival stages and the Meltingpot conference programme.
At the T-Mobile Stage, a complete LED solution was installed, consisting of two side Blackface LED screens with a 3.9 mm pixel pitch, a central LED mesh and an LED screen mounted on the delay tower. The technical setup also included full operation of camera systems, video direction and playback of all content in 4K resolution.
Visitors were welcomed at the main entrance by an LED gateway, this year fitted with a screen of even higher resolution, which also served to help guide festivalgoers around the grounds. A notable transformation took place at the FRESH Stage, now defined by five LED mesh columns that gave the space a modern visual character. At the Steel Stage, the latest LED trailer with a 3.9 mm pixel pitch was deployed, ensuring a sharp and legible image even under challenging lighting conditions.
Video technology also formed an integral part of the Meltingpot conference programme, where individual halls were equipped with projectors, camera technology and further technical infrastructure in cooperation with other suppliers. For the Main Stage, a complete 4K camera solution was provided, with the CS live team contributing to this part of the project.
