Given that societal transformation is a complex and demanding task across all departments, we have decided to free the hands of our executive and sales director, Jan Kubinec, so that he can fully focus on his role as executive director and ensure the responsible transformation of our company related to the changing industry and future challenges.
At AV MEDIA EVENTS, we strive to constantly advance our people professionally, and we are pleased to announce that Michal Maťko, who has been working in our sales position for more than 16 years, has been appointed as our new sales director. We asked Michal how he sees his professional advancement.
"When I first opened the doors at AV MEDIA more than 16 years ago, I didn't know what a fateful decision it would be. I entered the world of great 'crazies' for whom no challenge is a problem, and they don't go to work every day for work, but for fun. Together, we have experienced countless moments over all these years that we are really proud of and that push us forward both professionally and personally. Now, I have the opportunity to lead this team to further goals."
