Conference in Cologne

The prestigious Stamping Up! conference took place at the modern Confex venue at the Cologne exhibition center, presenting the spring catalogs to 900 participants.

The project required precise preparation – one and a half days of build and rigging, another one and a half days of technical rehearsals, and two event days delivered by a team of 15 professionals and 8 stagehands. The technical highlight was a set of three LED walls, each measuring 8 × 4.5 meters. The setup also included remote interpreting in three languages, live captioning on LCD screens, full decoration and branding by RS Tech, two breakout rooms, and an evening Silent Disco program.

The event was delivered smoothly and once again showed that detailed preparation and modern technology are the key to a successful international conference.
