COPHy 2026 and CONy 2026 in Kraków

Two consecutive medical conferences COPHy 2026 and CONy 2026 took place in Kraków, Poland, at the CKF_13 venue, delivered for the Israeli agency ComtecGroup. One event lasted two days and the other three, with the entire project including installation and changeovers spanning seven working days.

As both conferences followed a similar format and used nearly identical technical setups, the project allowed for efficient use of a single truck transport, reduced preparation time, and optimized both costs and staffing. These were classic medical conferences with demanding schedules and a high level of operational coordination throughout the program.

The technical setup covered three main halls, additional breakout spaces, a speakers’ ready room, e-poster areas, an exhibition zone, and a welcome reception in a nearby bar. The main halls featured two 2.8 mm LED walls measuring 10 × 3.5 m, L-Acoustics Syva sound systems, PTZ cameras in each hall, and digital lecterns displaying speaker names. The production also included recording of all halls, sessions, and discussions, Zoom connectivity for remote speakers, Slido integration for live voting and questions, and both stage and decorative lighting for the halls and foyer.

The entire project was delivered smoothly and highlighted the benefits of an efficiently designed technical solution for back-to-back conference formats.
