WE CONTINUOUSLY TAKE CARE OF EQUIPMENT AND OUR EMPLOYEES

We know very well that whatever is not done continuously is difficult to catch up with later. That is why we place great emphasis on inspections, servicing and cleaning of our equipment throughout the year.

STRICT CRITERIA FOR EQUIPMENT SELECTION

For investments, we prefer top equipment that meets the strictest quality and safety criteria. We often spend more money on our investments than our competition, but we do not regret it one bit, because we care about safety.

WAREHOUSE SAFETY

The “safety round” starts in our warehouse. We use certified racks and other tools there and our storekeepers wear protective equipment and are thoroughly trained. Only authorized employees have access to the warehouse, any risks and dangers are therefore minimized.

EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS

Regular inspection of equipment is one of the most important safety measures. We carry out two main types of inspections: mechanical and electrical, each with its own specific features. At the same time, we also check the wear and tear of the equipment, because some equipment must be replaced after a certain period of time.

EQUIPMENT SERVICING

If the equipment needs servicing, our own Service Department will take care of it. The Service Department staff are certified directly by the manufacturers to service the equipment, so they always know exactly what to do.

PREVENTION

Together with inspection and servicing, we also ensure prevention – i.e. maintenance of equipment. We clean and check all equipment on an ongoing basis, thereby preventing unnecessary malfunctions and complications at the events.

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATION

Our Technical Department team regularly renews its certifications for first aid, work at heights and fire protection. It is thus 100% prepared for all risky situations that may arise.

WHAT WE DO FOR SAFETY BEFORE THE EVENT

It would be a mistake to set the same safety measures for all events. Each event takes place in a different environment and under different conditions.

Project managers and other trained personnel therefore plan the event and propose its implementation in detail with a view to ensuring the safe installation of the equipment, calculate its load capacity and determine the stability of the set-up. For outdoor events, they also deal with the influence of weather conditions.

Sometimes it is hard work, but such preparations are necessary for 100% event safety. And what if, during event planning, we discover that it cannot be organized in accordance with the original plan for safety reasons? We suggest that the client hold the event in a safer venue, or we come up with an alternative AV solution.

HOW ABOUT SAFETY AT THE EVENT?

Most of this needs to be ensured at the stage of planning the event itself, but even during the event we leave nothing to chance and do not improvise with the safety of performers or visitors. Our team wears protective equipment and uses the equipment in accordance with the set rules and recommendations of the venue.

Sometimes it is necessary to change the event set-up at the last minute, but this is not a major complication. The project manager evaluates the requested change and if he/she approves it, it can be implemented.

EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS CHECKED AFTER THE EVENT

Your event was a success, everything went like clockwork… but we still have one more task to do: check the condition of the equipment before it is returned to the warehouse.

We carefully look at each piece of equipment and make sure it was not damaged during the event. Only then will we return it to the warehouse.
