The tenth-annual International Symposium of Gastroenterology congress took place at the InterContinental hotel, which included live broadcasting of an operation taking place at IKEM
Complete Technical Support and a Live Broadcast of an Operation
After three months of fine-tuning the set-up, we designed a specific solution for the scene: a podium with a backdrop (21 m x 3,5 m), a hall sound system and a rear projection with two Panasonic projectors with a luminous intensity of 7,000 ANSL. We solved the lighting by scenic reflectors that put the finishing touches on the atmospheric lighting. The subsidiary ProMoPro provided the complete composition of the interpreting.
The tenth-annual International Symposium of Gastroenterology, which was organised by PRO.MED.CS in cooperation with the Czech Gastroenterology Society and the Czech Hepatological Society, took place in the lecture hall at the InterContinental Prague hotel.
A speciality of the event was a live broadcasting of an operation (luckily for our cameraman it was a laparoscopy) from IKEM. We ensured the data circuit here together with an external supplier, which minimized the risk of a network failure. The TANDBERG 880 video-conferencing system with a fixed connection worked like a charm. The result was a wonderfully managed conference, where our team won praise from the participants.
