Colours of Ostrava, a lot of technology for a popular festival
5 trucks full of technology, 400 meters of LED screens, 55 technicians and 20 festival cameras. AV MEDIA EVENTS was also significantly involved in the technical support for the famous music festival Colours of Ostrava in the summer of 2022. What a ride it was!
In the Czech Republic, there are not too many bigger events in the course of the year than the legendary music festival Colours of Ostrava. We are all the happier that we were able to participate in its organization in 2022 as well.
The event took place from July 13 to 16, 2022 and was attended by thousands of enthusiasts who watched the performances of world-famous performers, such as Twenty One Pilots, The Killers or Martin Garrix.
Main supplier of video technology and LED screens
The organizers entrusted us with an important role this time as well. At Colours, we were the main supplier of video technology and LED displays. On the Liberty stage, we added a complete PA system NEXO and all ROBE lights.
By the way, Liberty stage (formerly ArcelorMittal stage) was the responsibility of our colleague Kamil Kružík, who provided for its production, content, lighting and sound. The stage also included LED screens, which David Kramer took care of.
The excellent work of our colleagues also attracted the attention of foreign websites in the sector.
