POPAI on a green screen in Cubex

POPAI Central Europe is the Central European branch of the world association POPAI. It is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support marketing at the point of sale.

Together we organized a Retail Troubleshaker seminar which was postponed due to the curent situation. We changed the format of the event and transfered it to the virtuál world.,. The seminar was primarily about problem areas related to retail.

The base for seminar was our Studio in the Cubex center which works with green screen. Thanks to this screen speakers can be transferred to any background according to their preferences. This option greatly expands the potential of the entire studio. We can arrange any type of events there such as conferences or discussions - all according to the client's wishes. This year's seminar lasted for two hours andee‘ve broadcasted the whole event via the Webex platform.

The size of our studio is ideal for four speakers. It is a variable space that is adapted for organizing virtual events. The studio is suitable for webinars lasting one to two hours which is also the optimal time for such event. Audience is not losing their attention and can absorb all the information. Another advantage is that the number of listeners is not limited in any way so it is possible to organize events for thousands of participants.

One of the participants of the seminar presented her work from faraway Ukraine. Nevertheless, the connection worked without problems and a presentation was presented on the green screen in the studio.

We have been cooperating with POPAI for a long time and the satisfaction from this cooperation is mutual. Also this event celebrated a big success.
