RETAIL SUMMIT ACTION 2020
Due to emergency measures, Blue Events held a live conference online for the first time.
Current restrictions on public events bring face-to-face meetings at conferences to a halt. Despite this, the Blue Events agency in cooperation with the Trade and Tourism Association of the Czech Republic and the consultancy BCG organized a conference called Retail Summit Action 2020, and thanks to our company AV MEDIA EVENTS, the entire conference was broadcast live online.
The aim of the online conference was to mediate the exchange of opinions and current experience of individual market players (retailers and manufacturers, domestic and international, physical and online). It was the first paid virtual conference by Blue Events. Seven presenters participated in person and two speakers were connected remotely in the Microsoft conference room. We broadcast the stream via a private server with a secure connection, so that only one user could watch it per access. Users could ask questions of the speakers using the Slido application. With our system, we can offer paid conferences a secure way to prevent access to unauthorized users who have not paid for the broadcast during the live broadcasts.
