SETKÁVAČ (MEETER)
AV MEDIA EVENTS joined the charity project Setkávač (Meeter) as a technical partner of the Olympic Festivals.
This summer, as a partner of the Olympic Festivals, we were set to participate in securing the Olympic parks in Ostrava and Brno. Unfortunately, this year’s Olympic Games in Tokyo were postponed by a year, so we provided technical equipment at least for a nice charity event for seniors called ‘Meeter’.
Meeter is a specially adapted module that will allow seniors to safely meet their relatives. The specially built space is partitioned with Plexiglas, resulting in two identical rooms and allowing visitors to see each other from a safe distance. We at AV MEDIA EVENTS helped them hear each other well. People talk to each other through microphones, and if a senior is really hard of hearing, they can use the provided headphones. The Meeter has two separate entrances so that people do not meet directly and observe the recommended distances.
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to support this project and thus enable seniors to meet their loved ones.
