ASEA Conference at O2 universum Prague
The Grand Hall A at Prague’s O2 Universum served as the venue for a large-scale international conference for client ASEA. The scope of the project covered complete turnkey technical production, from the initial stage design concept through to final execution.
Three large-format LED walls defined the visual character of the hall, with the central screen reaching an impressive 16 × 4 metres. The lighting design was delivered through nearly 120 intelligent fixtures, producing a dynamic light show in keeping with the scale of the event. The technical scope further included a complete sound system, video production, rigging, and pyrotechnic effects.
Showcalling ensured the smooth running of the full conference programme, while AI-powered interpretation covered 13 languages simultaneously. A custom-designed DJ booth, created exclusively for this event, completed the scenographic concept.
The result was a technically and visually unified production combining cutting-edge technology, creative design, and precise execution into one cohesive experience.
