European partners' meeting at the Hilton Prague combined with a gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Žofín Palace. Even such events are possible with us!
The conference was held in the main hall and several break out rooms. There was also a welcome reception, changed at the last minute from an outdoor to indoor solution due to bad weather.
We handled the event from a technical point of view with a complete technical production. From the technical design, 3D visualization, light design and graphic content control, to the actual implementation led by our technical team headed by showcallers for both locations.
But we weren't on our own. RS Tech helped us with the decorations and branding.
