AV MEDIA EVENTS attended the Events Club Forum in Prague
Just like the previous year, we participated in the Events Club Forum. We were also the technical supplier and implementer of the whole event.
This years Europe Congress started its first day with a gala dinner, which we co-hosted as the main partner together with Cubex Centrum Praha and IN CATERING.
Followed by two days packed with B2B meetings and interesting keynotes on the premises of the Prague Congress Centre, where we also took care of the complete technical solution. In the main hall, for example, we used Astera lights and an LED screen with content that perfectly accentuated the beautiful view.
AV MEDIA EVENTS CEO Jan Kubinec, a co-founder and vice-chairman of the Česká eventová asociace and a president of the Prague Convention Bureau, did not miss the event. He spoke about the involvement of all senses for a successful event. With the help of our on-site team, he demonstrated live examples of the use of the senses, which made his presentation really stand out.
