GSO EMEA, or hybrid conference of the Marriott hotel chain
The Marriott hotel chain organized an important international GSO EMEA conference in May 2022. The event took place in a hybrid format and AV MEDIA EVENTS provided a lot of technology for it.
The GSO EMEA conference, which took place on May 16 and 17, 2022, was a meeting forum for business directors from all over Europe. The event was hybrid, so some of the participants arrived in the large hall of the Marriott Hotel in the Old Town in person, while some joined remotely online.
The conference took place in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, and the used set-up corresponded to this.
Transmission technology, lighting and event recording
We started preparations for the event as early as on the weekend (two days before the start), so we could thoroughly prepare everything. There was also a rehearsal.
The AV MEDIA EVENTS team at GSO EMEA prepared the complete equipment for transmission, capture and projection, and also arranged lighting and event recording. In addition, we prepared a prompter for the speakers who appeared on stage.
The GSO EMEA event went exactly as planned, we would like to thank Marriott for another successful collaboration. We are already looking forward to the next time.
