monday.com Conference at Hilton Prague and Gala Evening at Palác Žofín

For the agency MPlive Events, full technical production was delivered for a conference of the global technology brand monday.com, one of the fastest-growing platforms for work management and team collaboration.

The main part of the program took place at Hilton Prague Atrium, where a distinctive stage was installed in the main congress hall featuring a large central LED screen complemented by two side projections. A carefully designed lighting concept and high-quality sound system supported the dynamic flow of the day. Technical setups were also provided for all breakout rooms hosting parallel sessions.

An extensive exhibition area was created in the hotel foyer. In cooperation with RS Tech, branding and technical solutions were delivered for the individual booths, while RS Tech also branded the entire hotel to create a unified visual identity for the event.

In the evening, the program moved to Palác Žofín for a large gala event. An extensive lighting and sound setup was installed, and four LED cube structures were built on stage, creating an impressive scenography for the DJ performance.

The project was delivered smoothly, providing a professional environment for both the conference program and the energetic evening show.
