Technical Production for an International Corporate Event in Prague
A comprehensive technical production was delivered in Prague for an international client from Brazil. The programme spanned three distinct venues and required precise coordination of both technical resources and individual programme segments.
The first point of contact for guests was a dedicated registration area at the Hilton Prague Atrium, set up to meet the expectations of a demanding international clientele. The programme then continued at two prominent Prague venues — Palác Žofín and Forum Karlín — each presenting a different spatial character and requiring a tailored technical approach in line with the nature of the event.
A corporate run was also incorporated into the programme, introducing an active and informal element to the overall itinerary. Seamless logistical continuity and participant comfort were maintained throughout this segment as well.
