AV MEDIA Was Sledging at the Human Resources Specialists Forum

One of the largest conferences not only for specialists in the wide field of HR,” the Human Resources Specialists Forum”, was held in the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague.

The event is organized annually by the “Institute for International Research” and AV MEDIA was once again the technological partner of the conference.

Innovative Solutions by AV MEDIA

In the main hall there was a frame screen projected with the help of 2 Panasonic PT-D6000E projectors. Besides the classic conference set-up, AV MEDIA had to think up a less traditional solution. At the last moment there was still the more popular video mapping, implemented this time in the hall, using a projection on a model of a Christmas tree.

Besides providing the AV technology in the conference hall, it is necessary to point out that the female staff members especially advocated a wall built from16 seamless plasma screens. The technology was not revolutionary; however, in conjunction with the photographs the visitors got our solution with completely different, much more emotional dimensions.

Interested persons could choose from roughly 20 themes for the Christmas picture in the background. However, this was hardly everything. The main emotive trigger was shown by the possibility of borrowing winter artefacts in the form of caps, scarves or mittens. The biggest success, however, was gained by the over 100-year-old sledge which had become a rewarding object of interest.

AV MEDIA sent all participants their pictures electronically by email. The creativity of some of the human resources staff was already on display during the event. Creating an original intercompany Happy New Year’s wish on yourself is hard to wait for, of course.

Jan Kubinec and David Lesch Appeared as Speakers for AV MEDIA at the Conference This Year. These thematic scope of the Human Resources Specialists Forum this year was: the changing role and competencies in HR, sharing values, persuading and engaging employees in strategic objectives, measurement techniques and interventions to fulfilling the goals of corporate strategy and more.
